This is a re-enactment, which means, a real situation is being performed again. In other words, we are PURELY actors and actresses acting in this show and NOT the real gangsters who had really bashed up poor Emily. I won't say that we are total angels in reality, nevertheless i guarantee we are much more civilized than that come on. =p

Some time ago in July 2010, I ever sang for the sub-theme song of a channel 8 series, Cheerful Drum Beat.
The sad thing is, I don't have the mp3 of the song. Perhaps it's copyrighted by Mediacorp.sg hence the song wasn't given to me.
Anyway, today I made a discovery on facebook! Coach Zhi Hao, the drum instructor for the show, told me that there's actually a Cheerful Drum Beat fan's page!
Oh boy was I overjoyed!
Thanks to one of the young actors, Scotts Hillyard,- the caucasian-looking handsome boy aka "Zhou Da Bao" in the drama, he uploaded several clips on his youtube and i manage to find almost the full song I sang from one of it- the final episode!

That's Zi Jie, another male lead of the drama. He's known as "Xiao Yu", a quiet boy in the drama.

Nave had a new baby- his pink music score stand. Desmond also has a new baby- His brand new guitar!

I truly think the quality of the songs we made during our practice sessions always turns out much better than any other performances and recordings. Must be the mood: Relax and always taking our own sweet time.... I decided to recorded one of the songs just so you know. It's a brand new song sang by Hebe from SHE, and Desmond insisted I that learn how to sing it! Great Taste, Silly big guy!
I finally saw "The Lengendary Music Score Stand"; Nave's birthday present. I'm not a pink person but honestly, I HEART it seriously because of its prominence in his almost-black-and-white bedroom!
Evan Tiang, forever the hardest at work. Arranging cables, plug-ins, opening the necessary programmes, downloading music lyrics, even pouring our drinks and running errands for Yongwei(Buay Paiseh)!
While this lazy bum bum just sat there and waited to be served!

We spent a good 2.5 hours re-doing our Lunchbox song. Then Nave suggested his idea of inviting us over was to do just a casual jamming session.
And because there's limited songs Yongwei knows how to play, we did his favourite 爱我别走 by 张震岳。The chords weren't the same as the real chords-Yongwei's version. Then again, it's just a casual jamming session right??? We did this in like, 20min at 1am at night! So Enjoy!
The Making of the Go! GO! Singapore MV was a fruitful one. Bubble-my toy poodle- was there throughout to witness these historical moments.

The Helix bridge, One Fullerton, On board the hippo tour bus, The Merlion Park, Marina Barrage.
The rain has been pouring like a running tap for the past few days. By the time it was the day for our filming, the sky was a clear blue, and the sun was scorching HOT!
As directed by Hpility, his video theme was running and walking around in a bright and sunny Singapore- God of Weather was on our side! - with a simple dance easy for all Singaporeans to learn and dance along.
===PEEK BEHIND THE SCENES===
There was Hpility and I, filming the walking along Helix Bridge, enjoying the view of the floating platform while singing to the Go!Go! Singapore!! song.
It was burning hot, and Bubble finished his entire bottle of water for the very first time!
Hpility suggesting to Kenneth how he might go about doing his walking moves.
All these while Bubble being a K-po, kept looking at what the four of us were doing and trying to imitate us.
After the filming at the bridge we walked on foot, a good 1 hour, to Marina Barrage, at 12.30pm in the afternoon.
As if the walking wasn't enough to burn off all those cabos, we immediately proceeded to the discussion and learning of Hpility's invented dance steps for the GO! GO! Singapore MV, (while in his shower). I had improvised some of his dance steps.
The irony is, while the entire crew was out in the sun, almost drowned in our own perspiration, Bubble was cosy and comfortable in his 'director seat', overlooking our production. Best of all, there were 4 "nannies-on-duty" making sure he's safe and well taken care of. He must've love it a lot for, he was smiling the entire time! Or was he laughing because he gets to be cool and cosy under the umbrella...

While we were busy 'working' under the sun, Bubble was busy making friends with and joining the mini birthday celebration they were having.
Talk about being sociable!

Go! Go! Singapore!!! is a new cheer song released by the Singapore Sports Council (SSC) aimed at getting Singaporeans to use their voices to rally behind Team Singapore. Sang by popular Acapella band, Juz-B (From Channel U's Superband), it is a collaboration between the SSC, recording company Ocean Butterflies and members of the public. Read more about it here.
She came down to support my live performance on Monday. She helped record down my live performance. She gave me a big hug and told me everything's is going to be alright. She even accepted my last-minute invitation to sing a duet with me on stage! Last but not least, she even helped to upload this precious video footage on youtube!
What more can I ask for when I have such a supportive and loving sister?! (unlike someone else)
Miss Silver Ang aka That Silver Girl, (I AM NOT GOING TO SPELL YOUR NAME AS S-L-I-V-E-R. =p) If you get to know her, you will know that she is definitely someone so natural, so comfortable to be with. She has no airs, even if she is a celebrity.

Desmond came over to my place this afternoon. My Silly Big Guy, there's always sunshine after the rain.
I cooked vegetarian porridge for myself tonight. Not bad for the first attempt. I am impressed that i still can cook after not touching the stove for at least a year now.
I miss cooking somehow... More cooking sessions from now on!
