If you're looking to have afforable dinner before 10pm and chilling out sessions after that, this is the place to go.
SAUCE bar
by The Butter Factory
was launched in July 2011 at Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay. A 2-in1; SAUCE is a restaurant as well as a bar.

Feel yourself having dinner and drinks in a real backyard!

Designed by architectural firm, Zarch Collaboratives, the space is a carnival of objects ranging in forms and colours in a whole myriad of chairs, fabrics, tables, lights, light bulbs, glass panels, plants and bars

They're one of the fewer bars where Asahi on tap are being served and I'm in love with their Asahi Tower.

:::::IMPORTANT NOTE:::::
The Sauce has revamped their dine-in menu!

The new menu has a selection of mains that can be paired with your choice of any sauce from a selection of 17 gourmet sauces that range from the sweet, spicy to savoury.  The rosemary sauce is my favourite. The vast variety of sauce choices is what gave SAUCE bar its name.

The Sauce Favourites include their signature burger, The Sauce Melt, Fish & Chips and the BBQ Chicken Salad. Light bites are served too!

The food comes in generous servings and unique local fushions!

Do you have any idea what's this?

It's Luncheon meat called Lunch Meat Chips!
After slicing the luncheon meat into sheets as thin as paper, the meat is then fried into crispy straps and cut into bite size! Dip it with a sauce of your choice.

  2. Yes Amanda, I think so too. In fact, I myself have walk through a few times but I thought it looked expensive. Surprisingly, the food cost between $10- $20. Affordable!
