    You design your picture using any photo editing tools: photoscape, photoshop etc.

    Then, you upload onto a web, say blogger. Save that post as a draft first. Click on 'edit HTML' to see its code.

    Change the link in (a href="") to your blog URL.

    VIOLA, you have your badge now! :)
