Proudly presented by F&N Sparkling Drinks and produced by O School, Singapore Dance Delight is one of the rare recent events that has galvanized youth from all walks of life to come together in celebration of dance and being young.
It's all about:
Passion, for doing something you love
Love, towards doing something you excel in
Confidence, to bring out the best of you
Trust, that your team will walk hand-in-hand with you
Encouragement, from supportive crowds like YOU!
On 26th February 2011, over 1000+ youths came down to *SCAPE! This year, a total of 46teams registered for Singapore Dance Delight Vol. 2, doubled the number of crews competing last year(28 teams). Even dancers from our neighbouring countries: the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia came and took part in this extravagant event!

I'm really proud because Singapore is the only South East Asian country to host Dance Delight. Last year’s competition set the bar really high so this year, expect even greater choreography, tighter routines & more outrageous outfits!
This video was done by Yongwei who attended last year's Singapore Dance Delights (Remember that I mention it's going to get bigger and better THIS year? I can't wait!)
(Joyce and the Boys, defending champions)
(Team Harlequinn)
(Flair Brothers)
(Team 8th Avenue)
(Burning Bums, the only couple group who made it to the finals)
Have you ever heard of this cliche, 台上三分钟,台下十年功(For every 3 minutes you perform on stage, 10 years of hard work have been put in from behind the scenes). Their passion for street dance was witnessed by all who came down especially to *Scape to support their idols, friends and family!
Among these 1000+ people who came, Yongwei managed to capture and record those awe-inspiring moments at the Singapore Dance Delight Vol.02 Preliminary rounds! Thank You,Yongwei once again!

Last year, Singapore Dance Delight Vol. 1 winners Joyce and the Boys found it to be a tremendous honour and awe-inspiring experience to dance with the best in the world! Szeping, a popular photography blogger, was chosen to fly to Japan with the team to witness the entire learning journey. Read all about it here.
